Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Subscriptions & payments
Magazine subscriptions are billed through SimpleCirc and paid classifieds and community boosts through our payment processor. Fees, billing cycles, and any refund terms are presented at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a listing is published.
Classifieds & community content
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing, job posting, or community post you submit.
- We may review, edit, decline, or remove submissions that violate these Terms or our editorial standards.
- Listings expire and may be renewed per the terms shown at submission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — no unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content; no scraping or automated access that burdens the Site beyond our published machine-access endpoints; no attempts to breach security.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by SAM/Beardsley Publishing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute content except as permitted by law or with permission.
User content license
By submitting content (e.g., a classified or community post) you grant SAM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SAM against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Beardsley Publishing Corp. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
