SAM Magazine–Broomfield, Colo., November 1, 2009–Vail Resorts announced that Doug Lovell was promoted to COO and VP of Keystone Resort, effective immediately. Lovell will oversee all operations for the resort and will report directly to Blasie Carrig. co-president of the company’s Mountain Division.
Lovell will hit the ground running since the resort announced plans to open on November 5, with top-to-bottom skiing thanks to a recent snowstorm and snowmaking.
