SAM Magazine–Hillsdale, N.Y., February 13, 2014–Catamount announced a 10-year master plan that includes a luxury ski in/ski out condominium complex called The Berkshire Mountain Club. The 66 fully furnished suites will have full kitchens and be available in studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom unit configurations with amenities, such as a restaurant/lounge, spa, fitness center, pool, hot tubs, lockers, game room, front desk, valet parking and more.
This first move into real estate for the ski area reflects its desire to become a four-season destination. Catamount opened its Aerial Adventure Park several years ago and has seen steadily rising summer numbers.
